Ever since Kingdom Key Agency has come into our lives, it, they, have been a Godsend. Not only do they take very very good care of my husband, by spending their time with him, changing his diaper, feeding him all his meals, & snacks, bed bathing him, & taking him outside, their being here, gives me, peace of mind. I can fully relax when they are here. I can’t explain it completely with my words, what kind of pressure, it relieves for me, knowing he’s in great hands, especially with Alexis, his main care-giver. She is soooo very attentive, & good with him. I can just let all my worries & tensions fade, free & release, when she’s here. We have been so blessed by this agency and the caregivers they provide for my husband who has dementia and Parkinson’s. They are very attentive to his needs and always want to be helpful. They are so willing to do anything I need help with including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, folding and putting away laundry (mostly his), etc. in addition to the main helps of fixing him dinner and taking him to the bathroom. They are so pleasant and REALLY want to help. They are responsible and caring. The agency has always filled my requested times and try to keep the same caregiver if possible. And that is very helpful too. When my husband had to go to the hospital then to rehab, we had to cancel at the last minute. They followed up to see how he was doing and genuinely cared about his well being well above the business we give them. I highly recommend them.
