Recognition and Rewards Program for our Care Team:

Perfect Attendance:

  • Care Specialists, Homemakers, Companion Care Specialists, and Coordinators with perfect attendance will be recognized monthly.
  • Rewards may include gift cards, additional PTO, or other incentives to acknowledge commitment to reliability.

Employee of the Month:

  • An Employee of the Month will be selected based on exceptional performance, dedication, and positive feedback from clients and colleagues.
  • The recipient will receive a special recognition, such as a certificate, a personalized gift, and public acknowledgment.

Employee of the Quarter:

  • The Employee of the Quarter will be chosen based on sustained outstanding performance and contributions to the agency's mission and values.
  • The recipient will receive a monetary reward, a plaque, and a feature in the agency's newsletter or website.

Employee of the Year:

  • The Employee of the Year will be selected for their exceptional impact, leadership, and dedication throughout the year.
  • The recipient will receive a significant monetary reward, a trophy, and a special recognition event in their honor.

Client Reviews

  • Care Specialists, Homemakers, Companion Care Specialists, and Coordinators who receive outstanding client reviews will be acknowledged and rewarded for their exemplary service.

Birthdays and Anniversaries:

  • Employees' birthdays and work anniversaries will be celebrated with personalized recognition, such as a card, small gift, or public acknowledgment.

This recognition and rewards program is designed to celebrate and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and exceptional service of our Care Specialists, Homemakers, Companion Care Specialists, and Care Coordinators.
