Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM–5PM, but we provide care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Client & Family Questions
We begin with a free in-home assessment, where a care coordinator evaluates your loved one’s needs, preferences, and environment to create a personalized care plan.
Yes! We accept:
- Private Pay
- Medicaid Waivers (including PASSPORT, MyCare Ohio)
- Veterans Benefits
- Long-Term Care Insurance
- Private Insurance (select providers)
In most cases, we can begin services within 24–48 hours after the initial consultation and paperwork are completed.
Consistency is important to us. We strive to assign a regular caregiver and provide backup coverage when needed to ensure continuity of care.
Caregiver Questions
Our caregivers are experienced, background-checked, trained professionals who are passionate about serving with excellence and compassion. Many are STNAs, HHAs, or CNAs.
Yes! We provide advanced training in:
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s care
- Fall prevention
- Emergency response
- End-of-life support
- Infection control & safety
Yes. While our caregivers do not administer medications, they can provide non-medical medication reminders and assist with medication organization.
Onboarding & Contracts
We do require a service agreement, but there are no long-term contracts. You can adjust or cancel services with proper notice.
Billing is typically done weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your care plan. We provide clear invoices and accept multiple payment methods.

Safety & Compliance
Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to operate in the state of Ohio and meet all compliance standards.
We have a back-up plan in place and will notify you immediately while arranging a suitable replacement to avoid interruptions in care.
