Meet Kendrea Steward

What should have been a season of healing became a season of fighting for his voice, his dignity, and his right to receive quality care. I walked away from corporate America to advocate for him and became his full-time caregiver for an entire year with no income. That year exposed more than a personal struggle it revealed a broken system that often overlooks, undervalues, and mismanages the care of disabled and aging people.

I refused to accept that my son’s future would be defined by neglect or that he would be placed in a nursing facility to simply exist without dignity. So I did what many families are forced to do I became the advocate, the caregiver, the case manager, and the voice. And out of that pain, purpose was birthed.

That journey is what led to the creation of Kendrea Steward Healthcare LLC now KingdomKey Healthcare Agency.

Today, the mission is clear: to unlock your family voices, advocate boldly, and provide exceptional care with compassion, excellence, and integrity for those who are disabled and aging. This work is deeply personal and it is deeply intentional. Families deserve to be heard. Clients deserve to be honored with the best care. Care should never feel cold, rushed, or transactional.

Alongside serving families, there is another assignment on my life: to help others build agencies that lead with care, compassion, and integrity not just profit. I believe healthcare businesses can be both high-quality and high-impact. When agencies are built the right way, communities are strengthened, families are supported, and lives are protected.
