As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our target audiences, building partnerships, and promoting awareness of our healthcare services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to effectively reach and engage with target audiences.
- Identify and establish partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders to support outreach efforts.
- Plan and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and presentations to promote awareness of our healthcare services.
- Create and distribute outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content to effectively communicate our message.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness and engagement with our healthcare programs and services.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public health, or related field.
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of outreach and engagement best practices, including utilizing various communication channels and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or public health sector.
- Familiarity with outreach and engagement software or platforms.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages spoken within the local community.
